Recap Video
We would like to thank all the music lovers who participated in the "Harpsichord Salon Concert: Unveiling the Pearls of Baroque Music." Together, we traveled through time to the splendid Baroque period and witnessed the extraordinary charm of the harpsichord.
With warm, soft lighting and a limited but intimate seating arrangement, we aimed to create a salon environment unique to the Debussy Music Arts Center. This setup allowed performers and the audience to break the fourth wall, fostering deeper interactions and exchanges. The lively discussions and laughter that filled the evening truly inspired us, and we look forward to continuing to promote classical music to more people in the future.
This event was made possible through our collaboration with teacher Machiko Sudo from our center.
When we first mentioned our intention to acquire a harpsichord, she offered valuable suggestions and assistance.
When the harpsichord finally arrived from Japan, everyone was thrilled. During the preparation period, Machiko's extensive knowledge greatly benefited us, but what truly touched us was her pure love and passion for early music, Baroque music, and the harpsichord.
We believe everyone who attended the concert felt the same way.
The Debussy Music Arts Center will continue to focus on promoting classical music arts, supporting outstanding musicians, developing diverse cultural activities, and preparing more exciting content for art lovers like you.We look forward to seeing you again in the near future.
